Due to the nature of our global business our third-parties and services providers may change from time to time. We will periodically update this page to reflect additions and removals to our list of service providers. If you are a Customer, you may subscribe to receive email notifications of updates to this page by emailing us at privacy@upguard.com.
*Under the terms of our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), a Customer may reasonably object in writing to the Processing of Customer Personal Data by a new Subprocessor within five (5) days following the update of this page. If a Customer does not object during this time period, the appointment of the new Subprocessor shall be deemed authorized by the Customer.
