The prestigious award is based on responses by team members to an anonymous third-party survey distributed company-wide. The survey revealed that 99% of participating team members said that UpGuard is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
UpGuard's survey responses showed that team members feel valued, can thrive at UpGuard, and are comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. Other notable results from the survey highlight:
